Elle permet de d\u00e9velopper des comp\u00e9tences en&nbsp;<strong>communication<\/strong>, en&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"margin-top:0;margin-bottom:0;line-height:1.7;text-transform:none\"><strong>n\u00e9gociation<\/strong>&nbsp;et en&nbsp;<strong>utilisation des outils digitaux<\/strong>. Tout<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"margin-top:0;margin-bottom:0;line-height:1.7;text-transform:none\">au long de la formation, les \u00e9tudiants apprennent \u00e0 g\u00e9rer la relation client \u00e0 travers diff\u00e9rents <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"margin-top:0;margin-bottom:0;line-height:1.7;text-transform:none\">canaux, que ce soit en face \u00e0 face, part\u00e9l\u00e9phone ou via internet. Le BTS NDRC met \u00e9galement <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"margin-top:0;margin-bottom:0;line-height:1.7;text-transform:none\">l\u2019accent sur la&nbsp;<strong>digitalisation<\/strong>, avec l\u2019utilisation des r\u00e9seaux sociaux et des outils <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"margin-top:0;margin-bottom:0;line-height:1.7;text-transform:none\">num\u00e9riques pour renforcer la relation commerciale.
